Stock levels, Pre-ordering & Delivery Information

Goods ordered from Kärcher Center JHS are delivered directly from our warehouse to the billing address specified by the customer. Where payment has been made by PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card, we reserve the right to decline any order if it is not delivered to the account holders PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card billing or statement address for reasons of fraud prevention and card or account security.

Delivery Information

All orders placed through the Karcher Center JHS website maybe subject to delivery charges. These delivery charges can be estimated during the "VIEW CART" area of the Karcher Center JHS website, but are clearly displayed during the "CHECKOUT" process, where they can be changed if required before confirming your order. If you need to change your delivery AFTER you have confirmed the order, and providing your order has not already been booked for the delivery option you have chosen, you can call us on 01502 563846 and have your delivery method amended for you. If this incurs an extra cost a member of our staff will ask you for your credit or debit card details (sorry we cannot accept PayPal for this type of amendment) to cover this additional cost only. Certain products and orders over £75.00 may be eligible for "FREE DELIVERY" option depending on your postcode area. If your order is eligible for a "FREE DELIVERY option, this will be offered to you as one of your delivery options during the "VIEW CART" or "CHECKOUT" process.

We may, occasionally, choose to send your items in more than one delivery. In such cases, you may receive invoices with the items that are delivered but you will only be charged for the total order and delivery once.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Our Delivery Options And What they mean

Our working Days are Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, so any reference to working days is in respect of this working period. Therefore, Weekends or Bank Holidays are not included in any delivery estimate.

  • Free Delivery
    Our Free Delivery offer will automatically enable when the Total To Pay of the cart is £75.00 or more. Typically when the free delivery option is available, delivery is normally completed within 7-10 working days.

  • Economy Delivery Service
    Our Economy Delivery Service is for light-weight items. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail. If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Typically deliveries of orders by this method are normally completed in 7-10 working days.

  • Standard Delivery Service
    Our Standard Delivery Service is for items of any weight. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail, DX Express, DX Freight or a member of The Pallet Network (TPN). If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Deliveries by The Pallet Network will unfortunately be charged for every missed delivery. If you have ordered using this service, then please ensure that you will be available to receive your order to avoid additional re-delivery charges. Typically deliveries of orders by this method are normally completed in 2-3 working days.

  • Express Delivery Service
    Our Express Delivery Service is for items of any weight. Your delivery will be fully tracked and is delivered either by Royal Mail, DX Express, DX Freight or a member of The Pallet Network (TPN). If you are not in to receive your item in person, and you have not specified a "safe-place" location, the delivery driver will leave you a calling card explaining your options for re-delivery or collection by yourself in person from one of their depots. Typically if you use this delivery method, then orders are typically completed in 1-2 working days.

Please Note: Deliveries by The Pallet Network can only be delivered to you in person, so you will, unfortunately, be charged for every missed delivery. If you have ordered using this service, you will need to ensure that you will be available to receive your order to avoid additional re-delivery charges.

Stock Level and Pre-Ordering

Our website displays the available stock quantities for each item, or "AVAILABLE TO ORDER" when out of stock. Please note that these indications are estimates, as our stock levels do not account for walk-in trade, telephone orders, or similar activities.

If you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you can still pre-order it by clicking on the "PRE-ORDER PRODUCT" to add it to your cart. The product will be marked with a PRE-ORDER message in your shopping cart or at checkout, indicating its status.

When an item is marked with PRE-ORDER, it means we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order immediately. If you decide to proceed with the order, we will source the requested product(s) directly from Karcher UK Central stock as quickly as possible and dispatch the goods to you using the delivery method you selected during the checkout process i.e. once we receive the item into stock we will then despatch it using the delivery service requested.

If you see an "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button instead of "ADD TO CART" on a product page, it indicates that the product is currently unavailable or there is a delivery delay. By clicking the "EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button and completing the short form, you will be automatically notified by email when the product is back in stock and is available for you to order.

For orders with multiple items, the delivery time of the complete order depends on the item with the longest lead time. Therefore, orders may be delayed due to items being on Pre-Order or other issues beyond our control. We will contact you whenever possible to inform you of any delays.
