How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days providing it has not yet been despatched i.e. you have not notified of its despatch by us.
You can submit your cancellation request using the form below, and our customer service team will confirm via email if the cancellation was successful. Once you have been notified that your order has been despatched, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.
If your cancellation was successfully actioned before dispatch, we will refund your entire payment, including any delivery charges by using your original payment method as quickly as possible. If you paid using a debit or credit card this refund may take 3-5 days to appear as a credit back to your account, but rest assured we will work as hard as possible to ensure you receive your refund just as quickly as we can.
