If you are returning a product you no longer require for any of the following reasons:
- A product you have ordered is no longer required
- You have realised that the product you have ordered is incorrect
- You have simply changed your mind about keeping a product
- A product you ordered does not appear to be suitable for the task you originally purchased it for
You want to return product(s) and it is within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you :
- Our standard terms and conditions that are applicable to business customers provide a 14 day "cooling-off" period for any of the reasons stated above.
- You are making this return within the above time frame, which is also indicated on the Return Slip you should have received with your product(s).
- The product(s) you wish to return are in "AS NEW" condition and are being returned in the original packaging along with any accessories and free gifts that may have been supplied with the individual prouct being returned.
You can examine the items as you would be able to do in a physical shop however, to obtain a full refund or credit for the cost of the products(s) you are returning, you MUST NOT start using them, assemble them is such a way that they cannot be disassembled without damaging them or you are unable return a product in the way in which you received them. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. Additional deductions may also be made if the product being returned has been used in any way. These deductions may include the costs of returning the product to it's 'AS NEW' state.
You will need to return your items using a delivery service of your choice, which you will need to arrange at your cost. If required, John Hutchings can arrange a return on your behalf, however this will be chargeable. You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the returned product(s) if this occurs so it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate cover is provided by your selected courier in the event of such loss or damage. John Hutchings will not be liable for any losses or consequential losses whatsoever in any event.
