  • Let us arrange collection for you – For added convenience, Karcher Center JHS can organise nationwide collection using our trusted delivery partner DX Express. While this service may be more convenient, it will cost you more than booking your own courier directly.

Both methods ensure that we can provide nationwide repair coverage for Karcher Home & Garden customers across the UK.

Packaging Requirements for Safe Transport

Whether you are choosing to Arrange your own delivery or have chosen for us to arrange a collection for you, you will need to make sure that you have prepared your machine for safe transit, as your Karcher machine must be securely boxed before collection or dispatch. Please ensure that:

The box is strong and properly sealed.

Protective packaging (such as bubble wrap or scrunched-up newspaper) is placed around the machine (including the top and bottom) so that fills any voids within the box and will protect your machine from any impacts.

Although parcel delivery companies are generally reliable, accidents can occur. Karcher Center JHS will not accept liability for damage caused by poor or inadequate packaging. Please note that parcel carriers typically do not provide compensation for insufficiently packaged items, even if you have purchased additional insurance.

How to Book a Repair with Karcher Center JHS

Booking a repair is simple:

  1. Request a Repair Job Sheet using the form below.
  2. Our customer service team will contact you to discuss your options and collect any payments for repair for the repair. If you’d like us to arrange your collection using DX Express, we will confirm the arrangements discussed with you.
  3. Our team will then email you your Job Sheet. You will need to include this Job Sheet in the box your are sending your machine to us in.

With our straightforward process and expert engineers, you can send your Karcher machine to us with confidence, knowing it will be handled by an authorised Karcher service centre.
