Return a Faulty Karcher Product | Karcher Center JHS

If a product purchased from Karcher Center JHS develops a fault or stops working within Karcher's warranty period, we apologise for the inconvenience and will do our utmost to assist you as quickly as possible.

You can call us on 01502 563846 to speak with a member of our customer services team. Depending on the item, we may guide you through simple diagnostics over the phone to resolve minor issues without needing to return the product unnecessarily.

All items purchased from Karcher Center JHS come with a Return To Base Warranty, unless you selected a Collect & Return Warranty at the time of purchase. This means you are responsible for returning your items via a delivery service of your choice, at your cost.

If you prefer, we can arrange collection for you, but this service will incur a charge and may cost more than arranging delivery yourself. If you purchased the Collect & Return Warranty, this service will be provided free of charge.

What Happens When You Return a Faulty Product

Once we receive and evaluate your item(s) and confirm a fault or issue, we offer the following solutions:

  • Repair: We will repair your product, returning it to full function and ensuring it is fault-free before returning it to you at no cost. This does not affect any future warranty or consumer rights.
  • Replacement: At Karcher UK's discretion, the product may be exchanged for a new one free of charge. The replacement warranty runs from the original purchase date, not the replacement date.

What Happens if a Returned Product is Not Faulty

If no fault or damage is found upon inspection, we will provide the following options:

  • We will arrange to return the product on a mutually acceptable date via one of our delivery partners. Because no fault was found, the cost of return shipping will be charged, and our customer services team will contact you to collect payment and arrange delivery.

How to Request a Warranty Return or Repair Sheet

We cannot process a warranty claim without a supporting Warranty Return or Repair Sheet. To request one:

  • Fill out the form below with your order details.
  • If your claim is valid, we will email your Warranty Return or Repair Sheet.
  • If your claim is not valid, we will explain the reasons and offer possible solutions to resolve the issue.

How to Identify Your Machine

You can find out how to find your Karcher products name, part number and serial number by following the instructions below.

You can find the product information required for the form on the id plate or sticker, which is normally located on the back, underside or behind removable items such as water tanks on your Karcher product as demonstrated in this example.

1. Product name
2. Serial number
3. Part number
